PriceFell aggregates price and product information from third-party retailers in real time. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that prices, availability, or product descriptions are current or error-free. Prices displayed on PriceFell may differ from actual prices at the time of purchase. PriceFell is not responsible for any discrepancies between prices shown on our platform and prices charged by retailers. Always verify the final price on the merchant's website before completing your purchase.
PriceFell participates in affiliate marketing programs including Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, Walmart Affiliates, and Awin. When you click a Buy Now button and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
IN NO EVENT WILL PRICEFELL OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES, WHICH IS ZERO AS PRICEFELL IS FREE.
Any disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiations for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida, United States. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of PriceFell constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
